Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add what you love to your cart, then check out. You can buy as a guest, no account needed. You will get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. There is an order note field in your cart. Add your message there and we will include it with the order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email info@mukikim.com as soon as possible and we will do our best before it ships.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder later.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $8, and it is free on orders over $75. Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) is $15.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is coming soon. For now we ship within the United States. Sign up for our emails to hear when international goes live.

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow about 24 hours for tracking to update on the carrier's site.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be in original condition with all parts and packaging. Return shipping is free for US orders, we cover the label.

How do I start a return?

Email info@mukikim.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason. We will send instructions and a return label.

Are the toys covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every Mukikim and Odyssey product carries a 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, when used as described in the product manual. Proof of purchase required.

Payment and security

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details.

How do I know what age a toy is for?

Every product page shows an age recommendation. You can also filter by age while you browse to find the right fit fast.

I have seen your products on Amazon. Can I buy direct?

Yes. Many of our toys are on Amazon, and you can also buy them right here, direct from the people who make them.
