Welcome to Mukikim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mukikim.com and any purchases you make through our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This site is operated by Mukikim LLC ("Mukikim", "we", "us"), a Wisconsin limited liability company based at 6812 W Calumet Road, Milwaukee, WI 53223, United States. We operate the Mukikim and Odyssey Toys brands from this single store.

By using this site, you confirm that:

5. Shipping and delivery

Our shipping times, rates, and available destinations are listed in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the product to the shipping address.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read it before requesting a return.

7. Product warranty

Products come with a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product is used according to the instructions in the product manual. Proof of purchase is required. See the Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

8. Account security

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual property

The Mukikim, Odyssey Toys, Rock And Roll It, eBird, SpyX, Jr Engineer, and related brand names and logos are trademarks of Mukikim LLC or its affiliates.

10. Reselling and commercial use

Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. Resale of Mukikim or Odyssey products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other online marketplace requires prior written authorization from Mukikim. Unauthorized resale may result in order cancellation and account termination.

11. User submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback to us, you grant Mukikim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.
