Where we ship
We ship within the United States and internationally. International shipping rates and available destinations are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods and rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected service. We offer:
- Standard Ground:estimated delivery 3–7 business days
- Expedited (2-Day):estimated delivery 2 business days
- Overnight:estimated delivery 1 business day
Carriers used: UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on destination and service.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier's site.
Shipping restrictions
- We ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and select international destinations.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories incur a $4.99 surcharge on standard shipping.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or battery contents:this will be noted on the product page.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@mukikim.com. We'll work with the carrier and get you a replacement or refund.
Delivery issues
- If the tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 3 days.
- We're not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery (porch piracy). For high-value orders, we recommend requiring signature on delivery.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we'll refund the product cost minus original shipping. You'll need to re-order and re-pay shipping if you want the items.
