Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. After 30 days we can't accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligible items

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In their original condition (including all parts, accessories, and packaging)
  • Not used beyond what's needed to inspect the item
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How refunds work

Unopened items in original packaging: Full refund to the original payment method.

Opened items in resellable condition: Store credit issued as a Mukikim gift certificate.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Return shipping: Free for all returns within the United States. Mukikim covers the return label.

Original shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Processing time

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm the refund. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What we can't accept

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of heavy use or damage caused after delivery
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items marked "final sale" at checkout

International returns

We accept international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties.

Third-party purchases

If you bought a Mukikim or Odyssey product from another retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.), please return it through the retailer you purchased from. We can't process returns for items not bought directly from mukikim.com.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us via the form at mukikim.com/contact-us or email info@mukikim.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We'll send return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA
  4. We'll inspect and process your refund within 5–10 business days

Product warranty

All Mukikim and Odyssey products come with a 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product has been used according to the instructions in the product manual. Proof of purchase required.
