Standard Return & Refund Policy:
- In order to be eligible for a full refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product with the package must be in new or unused condition.
- After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. For credit card payments it may take 5 - 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Conditions of Sale:
- The minimum order value is $150.00 per shipping location.
- Freight: F.O.B. Milwaukee, WI USA.
- Back Orders: Will be shipped at the same terms of original order. Orders under $150.00 are subject to cancellation.
Claims and Returns:
- Upon receipt of shipment, if anything is missing or damaged, you must hold the packing material and carton until the freight claim is settled. Concealed shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- No claims for concealed shortages and/ or damages will be allowed unless reported to our office within 7 days of delivery.
- If your order was shipped by UPS, Fed Ex or truck, please notify their local office.
- MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS OUR OFFICE HAS ISSUED AN R.M.A.
- Returns cannot be authorized by our sales representatives.
- Custom products are non-returnable.
- Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Terms of Sale:
- All orders are prepaid using credit card at time of shipment
- Net terms are subject to credit approval and account must be current.
- Net terms payment should be done by check only, if paid with credit card then additional 3% would be charged.
- All past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% late charge per month.
- Net terms may be revoked due to payment delinquency.
- Pricing and Promotions are subject to change without notice.
- Orders under $100.00 will incur a $10.00 service charge.
- All sales are final.
- No allowances deductible on past due invoices.
- It is not the policy to offer our products on Guaranteed Sale.
Product Warranty:
- 90 day product warranty with proof of purchase and proof that the item was taken care of according to specifications in the product manual.
Online Selling:
- MukikiM items are not to be sold online without prior written approval. Including but not limited to Amazon.com, eBay.com, Walmart.com, etc.
- Written authorization required to sell online.
