Teaches a valuable lesson

This Construct A Truck-Excavator is such an excellent tool (notice I didn't say toy) to teach one of life's most important lessons to any young man. As you can see in the picture, my grandson is looking at the instructions. It's important to note that the truck has already been taken apart, and the pieces scattered. And now, as we can see, he is referring to the instructions. Here we see a valuable lesson in progress, because one thing a man must learn is that instructions are only there to refer to if we can't figure something out, a last resort if the genius part of our brain is taking the day off. And as we can observe, obviously putting it back together requires a little more thought than taking it apart. Yes, indeed, this truck, which is so well designed and made, teaches a valuable lesson.

This dump truck has 22 pieces to screw, unscrew, put in place, try in another place, turn, tighten, and build. Included are the toy tools to help assemble and take apart the truck. There are endless combinations of where and how to use which toy. It is a true joy to watch a young human, be it boy or girl, to tackle this dump truck. I already have the excavator and the crane and now I got the dump truck too. The current price of $25 is a good deal, especially looking at some other take apart vehicles.

Cleverly designed truck- Recommended!

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my grandson's sixth birthday and I am delighted with my purchase! The truck was bigger than I thought it would be from the Amazon photo and thus will be a good size for him to play with. And, as his Dad is an engineer, he will love being able to take it apart and put it back together again (as he has his Dad's similar inclinations!). If, after he opens it, there is any adjustment to my review, I will update at that time.
